PATAGONIA IS CALLING

ARE YOU READY TO ANSWER?

FLY FISHING PROGRAM

The fishing season runs from November through May, offering anglers the opportunity to explore Patagonia’s legendary waters by raft or on foot with experienced, professional guides. Target brown, rainbow, and brook trout on the fly as you discover the Malleo and lower Chimehuín Rivers—waters renowned for some of the most prolific and predictable dry-fly hatches in Patagonia.

December is prime time for dry-fly enthusiasts, with Caddis, Mayflies, Stoneflies, and Dragonflies taking center stage. Expect explosive surface action, unforgettable trout, and breathtaking Patagonian scenery at every turn. From the first cast to the last light of day, the waters surrounding Spring Creek Lodge deliver a truly exceptional dry-fly experience.

CULINARY PROGRAM

At Spring Creek Lodge, the adventure doesn’t end when you step off the water. It continues around the fire, with guests consistently praising the cuisine as truly gourmet and world-class. The kitchen team artfully combines the authentic flavors and traditions of Patagonia with refined culinary techniques and elegant presentation.

The celebrated Patagonian Asado is a signature experience. Over an open fire, premium local meats and seasonal root vegetables are slowly roasted over traditional black-iron structures, allowing the natural character and richness of each ingredient to shine.

Free-range, grass-fed beef, beautifully prepared lamb shanks, and other regional specialties are paired with carefully selected local wines. After an exhilarating day on the water, there is perhaps no finer way to unwind than around the fire, savoring exceptional food and wine beneath the vast Patagonian sky.
