We require a 50% deposit of your pretax total upon booking to complete your reservation. Below are the cancellation deadlines. With most of our bookings occurring over 30 days in advance, we must enforce this cancellation policy, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Over 90 days – Full Refund
30-90 days – 15% penalty on your pretax total, remaining balance will be refunded.
Within 30 days – NO REFUNDS, 50% pretax total rebooking fee.
If we need to cancel due to weather we will rebook your trip at no additional cost.
Upon paying your deposit you have agreed to the terms of this cancellation policy.
